RinseWorks Aquaus 360 Hand-Held Bidet: An Easy and Convenient Way to Refresh Your Faucet!

Steven Wells: I'm 71 years old and have COPD which has left me sedate and some what obese. I rarely write reviews but this product is phenominal. I installed this in 10 minutes. You control temperature of water, water pressure. There are two spray heads, a variety of wand sections making it easy to set it up the way you want it. plenty of hose and it is very easy to keep clean. It also arrived on time. I have other hand held units but my advise is just spend the 100 bucks right off and buy this one. Good quality item.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: Overall I've been pleased but stainless steel tubing should not rust. As you can see in the photo a long segment has begun rusting over the last few months. The metal has not been exposed to anything to cause this. I'm disappointed this has happened so I've deducted 2 stars for this. Otherwise it's been a good product. I have a second one that has not rusted and been very pleased with for about 7 years now.

Treysa: Very practical bidet. Easily used with just as much or as little force of spray as you prefer. And much cheaper than the full seat bidet. Plus u get to use exactly the temperature you want as well. I would recommend.

David: What I did not care for is that in the box was not the right attachment for my sink. I wish they gave more. Just incase. On the directions it said Home Depot or a plumbing store. Neither had what was on the sheet. I called the number in the instructions and 5 days later after sending a couple photos while speaking to customer support my sink attachment was delivered for the bidet. If you live far from Home Depot definatly call instead of go and get frustrated they do not have the part. It works flawlessly plus I have any temp I want.. I would highly get this product I went for the copper inlay as it lasts longer. Hope this review helps someone.

Hope the company gives more attachments for future customers in the box. Took 5 mins to set up. I do recommend getting a small Allen wrench to help get off the original aerator on your sink.

Gord: Product arrived fine. Unfortunately was unable to get it connected due to the fact I have recessed threads in my bathroom sink faucet. They don't include the female to male extender with this kit - you have to buy it from their website. Rather a hassle, but once I had this piece, installation was a breeze. I had to shave the plastic surrounding my faucet threads a bit to get it to turn freely and connect properly.

Customer service is great and Blake @ Rinseworks should get a raise for dealing with an irritable customer like me (I don't like it when things don't work out right out of the box).
Very happy with the product now, am enjoying the toilet paper free lifestyle!

The Aquaus 360 has proven to be the simplest, most convenient, and most cost effective solution for providing a bidet system for a disabled person. Compared to the alternatives it is inexpensive, installs in minutes, works alongside any toilet, has only two moving parts with no gadgets to learn, requires no wiring, and lets you spray in whatever direction and temperature you want.

I investigated bidet seats, never quite convinced that they would fit my toilet's brand and shape. They would have prevented use of our 4 inch riser seat and probably the safety frame rails as well. Adding an electrical outlet nearby would have been a minor inconvenience, but the limited warm water supply was a concern.

Connecting the Aquaus in place of the sink aerator was a breeze, and this configuration gives easy access to the diverter valve and water temperature up at the faucet - no reaching blindly under the toilet tank only to get cold water. The wand hangs out of the way and does not complicate cleaning the toilet area.

Update: We have been using two of these for over a year, and...

C******: The Aquaus Faucet Bidet attachment is EXACTLY what we have been looking for. Incredibly easy to install even on our original taps from the 70’s (the kit comes with everything you should need including adapters). Read the directions and it will go smoothly without questions. We also reviewed some videos on this product via youtube and Rinseworks even has an install how-to video on there too and further info explaining the quality of their products (which we are very happy with and understand why they have used the materials they have to construct this). Easy to use, even the seniors in the house find it easy and lightweight to handle (which is exactly why these materials are used). We did install a simple inexpensive hook that we had, to the wall to keep the hose off the floor and also chose to screw the bidet wand holder into the wood cabinet next to the toilet as opposed to hanging from the tank because its easier for the seniors to reach.

We love this and are buying one for every washroom. They also apparently have similar kits but with much longer hoses (of different material) for washrooms that have the toilet and sink much further apart.

Capt. Mark Jericho: The company and it's product team have thought through the design very well. A very well designed product that overcomes the flaws of traditional bidet's.
- Likelyhood of flooding your toilet is very low since it has two precautionary measures that guard against it, first the faucet tap itself which is going to be closed when you aren't using it and second the diverter valve which diverts the flow from the faucet to the bidet which again remains closed while not in use.
- The wand length adjustments allow you to position the sprayer perfectly without having to reach your hand into the bowl and then awkwardly manouver it to reach the control lever, especially considering cheaper newer buildings these days tend to install the smaller commodes normally meant for female public toilets making it difficult for men, however the wand length as I mentioned before means you don't end up brushing your hands against the edges of these smaller toilet bowls.

JMB: I cannot express how much this faucet has changed my life! Seriously! I was recently diagnosed with colorectal cancer and now, after the resection surgery of my colon and rectum, I spend a LOT of time in the bathroom. So much wiping was uncomfortable and painful. I was miserable! Now I am able to rinse completely with the bidet and pat dry -- Yay! No more rash, no more pain.

I like this version over the ones that attach to the toilet water shutoff because I can control the temperature at the sink. Sometimes the warm water is good and other times, when I am chaffed, the cold water is helpful. I have found, though, that if you leave the warm water diverted to the sprayer for a while before using it, the water comes out very very hot! To avoid burning myself, I spray it into the sink for a few seconds until the temperature stabilizes.

The hook-up to the faucet is very tight and as long as the rubber washer is properly in place, it does not leak... At. All. I have not had any leaking at the sprayer end either.
