Jeremy Henry: Already broke the cheap plastic zipper on the front. Pull tab pulled straight out when I tried to unzip it. Pulled the zipper down a bit and got a set of pliers to try to pinch it slightly so that it held the tab but it just shattered because it was made of plastic instead of metal. Front pocket is now unusable (to be fair it was unusable as soon as I got it as the tab wouldn't stay in) and I haven't even gone on a ride yet. Will update my review once I get a ride in. Really hoping it doesn't just fall off the bike.

A. B. Biney: I like the size of these panniers.However at least 5 times since I purchased them the grey clips have come off. I have only had them for 5 weeks and therefore the window to return them has passed. I may have to glue the grey parts on to secure them to prevent them from coming off when I take the panniers off the pannier rack.

JACK REACHERJACK REACHER: For context, this is the second pannier I’ve ever owned (The first one was a VanMoof brand pannier ie a waste of money).

This one is superb— I love it because: of it’s aesthetic simplicity; its smart design(the handle used to release the clips is especially a great idea); the size capacity is perfect-not too big nor too small; the color blends perfectly with my bike; the reflectors are a nice safety touch(side note: I wish someone would make an entire pannier out of reflective material); the quality seems great especially for the price; and it’s waterproof.

I just need to learn how to use the D rings for the side straps extra slack—which Im going to post a question about, and someone can explain.

Overall great purchase!

MK: Sollte Ersatz für meien über 20 J alten Radtaschen werden, weil diese noch keine Innenaufteilung hatten. Innenaufteilung mäßig robust, zusätzliche Reißverschlusstasche bei gewisser Steifigkeit schwierig. Ob das Material auch nur ansatzweise so langehält wie meien alten Taschen (wirkenrobuster), sei mal dahingestellt.
Sonst aber ok und ich habe keine besseren gefunden.

Amazon Customer: One of the clips popped out on my first trip to work with this. I sent it back and immediately got a replacement. That one has worked completely fine. I’ve been using this for my commutes to work. I pack clothes, shoes, ride home kit, a toiletry bag and lunch. It’s a tight fit but I’m still able to roll the top a few times to keep out the moisture. I have not used these in rain to verify how waterproof they are, but the material seems waterproof to me.

S. Runge: Though it can be a little awkward to put on a rack (especially with gloves on or cold hands), once on, it stays on solidly. So far (3 months in) the hardware is holding up fine. Once I discovered you can leave it attached, the carry-strap makes it easy to transport from the rack into my workplace. The top seal works like a nautical dry-bag: roll it twice & connect the clip. A few other straps and clips really help seal everything down. I haven't ridden in a downpour yet, but it's been 100% waterproof in drizzles & light rain on my 2.5 mile commute. It's roomier than other bags I've had, and can easily accommodate a laptop, blazer, light jacket, and lunch, or a really full bag of groceries. I would buy this bag again.
