Ej: Ordered these for a weekend out on the Lake of the Ozarks, rented a slip and wanted extra dock lines. Ended up using these to keep the boat tied up all weekend in the slip just off the main channel. Anyone that's been down there on a holiday weekend knows it's more like being out on the open ocean with all the boats and wake. Kept my boat safe in the slip, no tearing or unraveling, and nice and long lines.

Merlot Vine : Should work perfectly for our new 18.5 foot boat! I wanted to have nice matching tie up lines, and now we do. Seem to be nice high quality for ten bucks each, nicely spliced, and no complaints so far. I would not hesitate to buy again, but hopefully these will last a good long time. And black should keep them from showing any grime, stains and such. Bonus! I commercial fished in Alaska for many many years and most tie up lines were what they were - but it was always nice when catching a line from another boat that you could tell they took pride in ownership, and sometimes that was as simple as catching a nice tie up line. These will do that perfectly.

RH: Good dock lines for the price, material feels a little slick out of the package but after a few uses it gets a more traditional rope feel. The loops are strong and the whipping on the end is holding up well. Holds a 20’ bay boat just fine and looks nice on the dock.
