Lucas: I received my cans day of writing and I took them out and compared them to the milsurp cans that have served me well over the years. When compared side by side the only way I can tell my milsurp cans from the these cans is the military designations for the calibers stored and surface rust and specific shade of green used on the cans. Very good 50cal and 30cal cans upon unboxing.

Gman: So sure, you can skimp and get plastic (and of course I have a few myself) but there’s just no substitute for doing something right. Quality is on par with those I’ve had for many years and they will last, as my very old ones have. Can’t say the same for the plastic ones. These are one of those things that are worth the investment.
