Amazon Customer: The media could not be loaded.  I would have it given it 5 stars had it not had damage on the handle bar upon arrival. It works great and I like that you can start/stop and speed up/slow down by the control on the handle bars. It works smoothly and I think it’s the perfect size

Crystal BaileyCrystal Bailey: So originally I left a review saying I didn’t receive but that was the carrier not the company of this products fault. Pros it is easy to set up & folds away nice for storage, & it’s super light. I’m only 5’2 and can move it & carry it myself. Cons it’s very small I’d say is for petite ppl but it works great I use it almost everyday. Reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it could be made a bit longer

Amanda: I’ve been wanting to get a treadmill for quite some time now. I don’t actually have a whole of space for one though so I’ve been so hesitant to make a purchase. Finally did though and am very happy about it! Very compact design. I am 5’3” and it’s an ideal size! Very easy to assemble. Took about 20 minutes and I did it alone. Did a little test run and it’s pretty quiet. Easy to move also. I put it together in the living room and then moved it to the utility room and it was basically without effort. Exactly what I was looking for.

Sonia Q.: Feb. 10 2023 UPDATE

I've been using the treadmill for walking 15-20 minutes almost every day. Nothing heavy duty. The issue I'm having is that the the belt moves to the left of the deck, even after repeated adjustments as per the instruction manual. A separate issue is that the belt seems to slip forward when walking at higher speeds. This is unsettling and potentially dangerous. I'm contacting the seller via email today, so I hope there is a solution. I'll provide and update, positive or negative, based on their response.

Feb. 12 2023 Update:

I emailed the company via the customer service email address provided in the manual. As promised, they responded within 24 hours. They wanted a video of the issues to assess the problem. Once I sent the videos they advised me to stop using the unit immediately as it was defective and that they were notifying their engineer - they offered a refund or replacement. As they were out of stock for the exact treadmill and I would have to wait for a replacement, I opted for the refund at this time.

QUEENIE: It was a fast delivery, easy to fold, fairly easy to assembly. The only thing I didn't like was the creast on the belt. I purchased this in Jan. Now I just turned it on and it flashing an ERR message. here’s an update I discovered that the emergency stop key must be in place an order for the machine to turn on. If not the error message will display once I place the emergency stop key and it’s please. The treadmill started working fine.

Jay: Got this as we wanted to start a new fitness regime and it is easier to have it at our shop as we have more room. Its a nice colour and looks great and has some great features on it with the pre programmed settings. Assembly wasnt to hard, even doing it alone. They do recommend 2 plp to do it as you have to hold the control panel and line up the bolts at the same time.

The not so impressive side - The slots for holding a water bottle are way too small. They are about the size of baby milk bottles. Given how much water most plp drink while exercising, these are impractical. The other issue, the control panel. You can move it up or down so you can see it. You cant move it down out of the way when you fold the machine up, so it sticks out. They could make the instructions simpler as well!

Overall I give this machine a 4.5, I know I did 5 stars as I couldnt do 4.5. Fore the price and ease its worth the money. The programs are good for basic to advanced. I do a 4 for 30 mins, my wife a 2. You have to decide your own comfort level. Also if you want scan to work, let go of the sensors! Holding the sensors measures your heart rate, if you let them go then...
