MD ain't badMD ain't bad: So far so good. Used it beginning July 22 so it is still bubbling along as of today which is the 29th. The yeast started feeding almost immediately after mixing so that is good news that the yeast was fresh. If this works out like I think it will, I’ll be purchasing more from this seller again. I even got there got other products from this seller as well! I think will be making beautiful wine together.

Amazon Customer: This worked very well. After the secondary fermentation I filtered the must and added more auger. With other yeasts this would have caused a primary fermentation to begin again. With this yeast that didn't happen. I also got a good alcohol content and far better initial taste than with other yeasts. Can't wait to see how it ages!
