The price is very reasonable. It's also extremely lightweight to carry.

Charigel: I resale clothing so I steam a lot of clothes. This steamer is excellent. It's very well designed. It puts out a nice amount of steam. Wrinkles come out very quickly with few passes. Arm that holds handle is sturdy. The steam hose is covered with material showing a higher level of quality. This protects against the heat. The bottom of the hose where it attaches to the unit has a metal coil to withstand wear. It moves easily with the wheels and doesn't tip. I've had a commercial steamer that cost three times as much and prefer this to that one easily. The extras included are very helpful as well. The crease attachment gives a great crease to pants or shirts.

musicmuse: I didn't really have high hopes after having received and returned another brand that had pretty good ratings. This was recommended on another site so I figured with the free return option it was worth another try for a standing steamer. I am so glad I did because it works fantastic! I tried it out as soon as it came with an incredibly wrinkled dress and it was wrinkle free in under 3 minutes. Will it last? Only time will tell but I bought the extended warranty just to make sure. It doesn't take up much room, heats up fast, didn't leak and made quick work of wrinkles on a linen-like jacket. So far a definite winner.
PS The garment hangar is adjustable in width. For the complaints that it is too small be sure you pull both ends out to expand it to its fullest width.

Shannon Graydon: This is the second model I've owned. My original died after 5 years of almost daily use. I looked at other models but decided that I liked this one the best - so I ordered another. It really meets my needs, but there are two things that frustrate. me. The steam hose is pretty rigid and does not move around the garment well - the garment must be swiveled around on the built in hanger to accommodate the hose. The other thing is that the hanger doesn't "grab" on to the clothes and blouses with wide neck openings slip off of it. I combat this by using large chip clips (yes, the kind for closing chip bags) to hold the garment to the hanger.
Once you've used the steamer a few times, you get used to the hose and hanger issues and it gets quick and easy. I've already used my new model several times and haven't discovered any issues other than the ones I mentioned earlier. I'm quite happy with it overall!

Brendan: The water container design is very odd and leaves residual water inside the machine. This means you have to dry it with a towel before storing it which is very annoying. The steamer does work great heats up very very fast and provides alot of steam
