FlyFly: The media could not be loaded.  I strongly recommend this Steamer. I have been using a steamer ever since I threw my iron away 5 years ago. The hose also stays fairly cool to touch all the way up and down. It doesn't matter you grab a little bit of the hose by the handle. I get my clothes done in the morning within few minutes. It heats up quick. Take a couple of minutes for it to heat up but I let it do that while I'm getting my clothes together. Tank is easy to fill, hoses disconnect from base easily for cleaning of the unit itself, and the whole unit is light and sturdy. The steam works perfect. It is very easy to use and convenient to keep in my little room. Just need to fill the water tank and turn on the machine then I could start to steam your clothes. No learning effort required. I use it for my shirts and it works very well.I would buy this again.

Scoobygang: I've been using a handheld steamer for a while now and have been very happy, the only drawbacks were the weight (the unit was heavy, add water and you have one tired arm) plus the water reservoir was small and ran out at inopportune times. No longer issues! This unit turned out to be a lot more substantial than I expected and the large water reservoir coupled with a light weight steam hose is a game changer. No more tired arm and empty water reservoir. I steam a lot and wish I'd tried one of these bigger units years ago. It's not the huge unit you see with a floor reservoir and arm for the clothes to be steamed, which is a plus for storage and while I wouldn't necessarily travel with this, it's a lot more doable than the floor units. The steam pad is metal (and rotates) so it's great for touchups, also there are a number of setting available to get the temperature you want (my previous steamer, just did hot and I crisped a few things along the way). Overall a great midsize steamer that solves a couple really annoying problems.

VL: first time i used it, it did NOT work! then read the instructions as to what could be wrong with it. After emptying the water tank and running it through its clean cycle and then filling the water tank half full, it worked PERFECTLY! Good amount of steam. after all the iron/steaming is done, empty tank and run the steamer through its clean cycle before putting away. I don't usually let water sit in my regular iron and since it was a rough first start, i decided to always run it through its clean cycle. Last week, it wouldn't work! NO Steam at all. I thought OH NO, it broke and it was already pass the return date!!! Just like all the other negative reviews. I was mad and disappointed with this purchase. i forgot and had filled the water tank FULL and i think that's why it did NOT work. I repeated steps-empty tank, clean cycle, fill tank half way and it was working again. so this is quite a sensitive steamer. it steams really well so far and irons well too. the head isn't too heavy so there is less stress on my arms to steam clothes on hanger or iron clothes on iron board. i am happy it is still working otherwise it would be a lot of money down the drain. I hope after this posting...

Mahmoud Labib: This iron performed well ironing button-down shirts and a pleated linen skirt. My only critique is that when I was ironing the skirt, which took a while, the iron's handle became quite warm from the steam. I used the little mitten that comes with the device to hold it, although I could also have tried a lower steam setting too.
I do not have much experience with steaming fabrics, but I tried the steam function on a button-down shirt and it removed most of the wrinkles quite easily. Possibly results would be better with more practice!
While not too bulky for at-home use, it will take up more space if traveling, because of the water-tank base. Holds a lot of water though, no need to refill frequently during use! Overall I am very satisfied with the product.

Amazon Customer: The Kotlie Steamer is made with quality, simple to use , lightweight, and easy to clean. I have recommended this to several of my siblings and friends.

High-Quality: The steamer is very sturdy and has a good weight in your hand. The heating/steaming plate is ceramic and does not burn or stick to garments when being used. I like that the head is separate from the water tank, so I can steam iron my clothes that are still on hangers and my curtains without having to take them down. I have even taken the steamer to my parents home and steam-cleaned their sofa sectional. Have been using it for the past 5 weeks and the Kotlie Steamer is still in perfect condition.

Simple to Use: Steam level/temperature is easy to adjust and heats up fast. Once you turn it on, it takes about 30 seconds to get hot and use. The ceramic head even swivels so you can get maximum coverage with each swipe across whatever your are ironing or cleaning (very convenient for larger items). The hose is long enough that I can leave the water tank on the floor and reach up to the top of my window curtains.

Amazon Customer: Update!!! Don’t bother! After 5 months of it rarely being used it’s overheating and totally useless. Amazon won’t refund as it’s outside it’s 30 days and working out how to contact the manufacturer is proving difficult.

Just spend more money on a better one. What a brilliant little machine. I own a bridal shop and have gone through a steamer or two. I’ve had cheap ones and expensive ones and haven’t found one I’m happy with until now. This steamer is a little different as it’s part steamer part steam generator iron but it works great. Every other steamer i’ve had wets the material no matter how careful you are but this one doesn’t. It actually makes steaming dress after dress pleasurable. Fingers crossed it lasts a long time.
