wendy: Justo lo que esperaba. Lo compre para usar en el gym para hacer hip thrust. A mí novio le lastimaba muchísimo la almohadilla normal para barra pero está es perfecta. Es gruesa y casi no se siente la barra con pesos más grandes. También estoy aprendiendo a hacer lagartijas y me ayuda mucho a no lastimarme las rodillas.

Perfect addition for so many home gym activities; calf raises, push-ups, roll outs, crunches, to name just a few.
Thought this was a bit expensive at first but it's great quality and I'm sorry I didn't purchase one sooner.
