Premium Garment Steamer for Professional-Level Clothes Care

Jonathan: After using the product for about a week I'd have to say that it's steam ability is on point. I have used several steamers in the past and this one really knocks out the wrinkles. The iron feature I would not use for major ironing, but to press down the collar on your shirt, thumbs up. I love the tilt "ironing board" and I've found it useful when pressing my collars or getting out tough wrinkles. If I were to give any complaint it would be that I am having to continually work to keep the power on while steaming. Minor headache considering how fast I'm able to get through my steaming now.

Danny Rivera: Making the transition from a traditional ironing table has been challenging. There’s just not enough space for laying out the clothes. There’s also no place to lay down or hang the steamer while the small table is in use. Challenging to use.

Allie Sisco: Excellent steamer, best I have used yet. Just wish the base had wheels to use ironing board straight up, as a form to steam clothing, to do front and back side with more ease. The easy to convert ironing board works great, but the holder does not seem to hold my iron good while I am moving my garments around to change positions to continue ironing. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or just the way it is made. Hard to tell in listing pictures, but there is only one way to put it on board during assembly. I still give this above 5 star rating on the steamer and lightweight of the whole unit. The steamer takes seconds to heat up and ready to go. I just love it.

Coleman: I received this steamer as a gift. I only just opened it and put it together. I found the instructions easy to follow and the pictures of the process helpful. I did follow the instructions for use and have only ironed one garment. I made sure the product was working properly by using all of the settings. I feel there are several perks to this product.
1. It cut ironing time in half.
2. It is easy to use.
3. It is not large and will store easily in a closet, laundry room, or utility room.
4. It is easy to move around.
5. Several tools are included with this product that will provide a crisper, ironed look to clothing.
6. I am 5' 9" and the adjustment of the board reaches a height that is comfortable for me and still has room to extend even higher.

I am satisfied with this product.

Melinda L.: There's not a lot of steamers that do what this one can. Not only can you steam your clothes vertically, but BAM, with a flip of switch, your steamer is now an ironing board. Say wahhhhh?? The set-up was a breeze and the entire steamer isn't heavy at all. It's light and easy to slide around. Many options are implemented where most steamers simply have an on/off function. This makes this steamer more advanced. Plus, it comes with many additional add-ons making it very versatile. Loving it so far, great job Pursteam! P.S. I'm known to always forget to turn off the steamer which ends up breaking the damn thing. So I'm GREATLY APPRECIATIVE of the standby function on this machine. Didn't realize until hours later that the light was still on, but nothing was hot and water was still in the tank. Other machines that said "standby" ... well they lie. I love this steamer :)

Patricia Miyuki Hirai: I tried different brands and this one was by far the best one. It is very powerful, produces consistent steam (no water spilling at all!) and the iron board + function gives that neat look that other steamers lack. You can choose between 3 sets of strength (silk, flannel and cotton) and I really appreciate the switch button on the hose that allows you to save steam when changing from one garment to the other. I tried (and returned) a Rowenta steamer because it was leaking water all over the floor from the tank. This did not happen to Pursteam, there was no leaking at all, it has a large tank that last forever, best performance ever.
I also contacted Everland and I was pleasantly surprised of how accommodating their customer service is. I am very happy with my purchase and I definitely recommend this product and seller.
