Found out after I ordered them that these are supposed to stick to your foot and not your shoe. Ridiculous! I put them in my shoes and they didn’t even stick well there. They are also very small so if you don’t place it in exactly the right spot you just have a hard bump bothering your foot. They are not big enough to do any good. I would never buy again.

Must use nail polish remover to remove adhesive from skin but otherwise comfortable and seems to help with forefoot pain.

Comfortable, and seem to work at that nerve pain ok. But they stick great for 8 hours, then it starts to move around and definitely doesn't stick through a shower. Will probably need to look for a reusable option and keep these as a backup.
