H N: We were happy with the product at first (we actually had two ordered for both our bathrooms). However, we had three random leaks from the head (sprayer part) that if we had not caught them early , would have turned into serious flooding accidents. After disassembling the head, I learned the design is flawed. The only part keeping the sprayer valve closed so preventing water from leaking is a loaded spring that after a while and normal wearing is no longer able to keep the valve closed. On the other side, the only part keeping the sprayer button in place is a a thicker rubber washer that also can fail after some time. So the design is guaranteed to fail at the head and cause leaking sooner or later. Just a matter of time and luck....

IDELAG: La calidad de la llave y conexiones está muy bien. Le doy 3 estrellas solo por que la manguera tenía una fuga de la cuál, me di cuenta luego de instalarla. Terminé comprando otra manguera de repuesto económica, ya que las mangueras para este uso, son más caras que este artículo. Todo lo demás, está excelente. Sí volvería a comprar otra a este proveedor.

AA: La idea es buena, la instalé para poder llenar cubetas de agua en la parte alta sin tener que estar bajando al patio. Lo malo es que la manguera no resistió la alta presión y ahora se sale por todos lados. No aguantó ni dos semanas funcionando bien. No lo recomiendo. Mejor hacer la misma instalación comprando manguera y tubos en una ferretería aunque no se vea igual de estético.

LJ: I have installed my share of kitchen sinks, bath sinks, and toilets. I'm not a novice to plumbing. For the life of me I cannot get this spray wand to stop leaking. It really leaks. Must be a manufacturing defect. It's going back.
Upgraded rating. Vendor sent a replacement very quickly. I will revisit rating after the new item is installed.
The replacement is working great. Easy to install. I'm happy. Giving 5 stars for their customer care and responsiveness.

Mohammed MS: Installs like any other. No issues or leaks, use teflon tape. If it leaks re-do it better, its likely not wrapped proper or got caught when you started connecting. Pressure is good, obviously can be adjusted. Many recommend turning it off after use, been using those things my entire life and never did, but I keep it set about a quarter to half way open so its not pumping max all time, no real need for that anyway. It helps if you want to rinse the tub, tiles if you don't have a hose connected shower head. Though, these don't last forever. A year, two and expect to have leaks when spraying. I think its due to corrosion from the water and all, normal.

BobBarodBobBarod: After about 10 month of light use, the Spray Hose failed - spraying water all over the bathroom. ALMOST $500 DAMAGED done in my bathroom. Cheap quality of hose. I would not suggest to buy again.

AIFUSI contacted me and solve my problem immediately by sending another Hose with better quality and with no charge. I appreciate their Customer Service. Thanks AIFUSI.

Sumbul Shuja: The hand bidet sprayer is good. But the sent us incomplete pieces of the sprayer. The washer and nuts to attach holder and handle is missing in the package. So, I cant lift the sprayer in the tank nor I can stick in the wall mount.
