Abbi: This power bank saved me from my phone dying on the metro which then saved me a lot of money I didn't particularly want to pay

(for those who dont know, from what I've been told, if you pay as you get on the metro and then leave without paying you are charged SO much money)

This power bank is good. Its by Anker which is a good brand! Its sturdy and easy to charge. My only issue was how long it took to charge but then that's just me being impatient. Its seriously a good power bank and will last you all day depending on how much you need to charge your phone

Agostinelli: This works just as you would expect it to. First one I have purchased and it exceeded my expectations. It charges my phone pretty quickly. When on vacation, I was able to charge all four of my family’s phones throughout a day of sightseeing (not fully but enough to keep us all going). It definitely takes awhile to fully charge itself out of the box. I have no complaints. The only observation I have is that it does get very warm when charging so I make sure the battery pack and my phone are on a hard surface. Still working after one year of light use.

TheBlindLife: I’m a blind individual and hesitated on buying this power bank, because of all the customer issues with charging. Along with unreadable instructions. I’m glad I made the purchase.
I’m giving a basic rundown on this power bank. There are 3 ports, a USB C port, a Micro USB port, and a USB A port. To charge the Anker power bank, use the USB C or Micro USB. They are the input ports. Not outputs to charge any other device. The USB A port is the charging port to charge phone, tablets, etc.
I purchased the new iPhone 15 Pro, which comes with a USB C to USB C cable. To use this power bank with iPhone 15, you need a USB C to USB A cable. Charges phone like a champ.
The button on the side of the pack will turn on/off the trickle charge mode. Press twice to activate, or press and hold for 2 seconds. Press again to turn trickle mode off.
I got a great deal on this power bank and I’m extremely satisfied. Works well with my backpack with USB integrated cable. Typical high quality Anker is known for. Hope this tutorial helps. It comes with a micro charging cable to charge power bank.

The instructions regarding power out vs. power in are clear an easy to understand, even for a technology-challenged person such as me. Having the peace of mind to know that I could use my phone at will for navigation, communication, and photography without having to worry about running out of power made my trip that much more relaxing.

Mark: This is the second back up battery pack we have purchased. My wife loves the one I got so I purchased this second one. She listens to pod cast at work and she was seeing her phones charge was not lasting as long while listening to them it’s an IPhone 11 Pro. She uses this pack to bring it back up to a full charge at the last part of her day. She has told me it will return her phone to full charge in about 45 minutes and she gets about 3 full charges out of the battery pack before we need to recharge it. We both like the size and convenience. We also use it when we take our phones with us while riding our sxs. Again gets phones back up to full power so we can continue to listen to music via Bluetooth on our sound bar we have in our sxs. We also use it to recharge our Samsung tablet we use for trail navigation.
Overall we are very pleased with them and you can’t beat the convenience and cost for value of them. Would purchase again love the Anker products.
