PROS:
Lets you lift and use a jack at the same spot on the vehicle.
Faster and safer than doing it the 'hard way'
Allows better access to the vehicle for service, because the lift/jack points are completely out of the way of 99% of the stuff you would work on.
CONS:
Missing the screw that holds the handle onto the jack, making it a pain to maneuver around (but still fully functional.
RECOMMEND:
1000x yes.

V: Powerbuilt's 2-ton floor jack is a huge improvement over my 3-ton jack which I have been using for the last 10 years plus. Each Fall I annually change out a set of four summer wheels (rim mounted tires) with my set of four winter tires and reverse the wheel set swap again in the Spring. This Fall's swap, with the Powerbuilt floor jack was faster, easier, with more stability, and with better maneuverability (as stated on their web site) than with my old, but trusty, 3-ton jack hands down! I timed this years wheel set swap to be just shy of 30 minutes with everything propositioned. If I had known the difference using Powerbuilt would make to this chore, I would have purchased a Powerbuilt jack year's ago. Bottom line, the Powerbuilt 2-ton jack purchase was made with my safety the main priority! Excellence product, excellent purchase, would buy it again!!

Jab8778Jab8778: If you do your own auto maintenance and have ever tried to figure out the safest place to jack up your vehicle so you can place a jack stand where the car manufacturer indicates, you know that in most cases the place you are supposed to place the jack and the jack stands are one and the same. Enter the U Jack! It is best jack I have ever used. All you need is a jack stand with a base no larger than 8" wide to fit between the jack. You raise the vehicle, place the stand, raise to the desired height, lower the jack and you will have a perfectly placed stand. The jack is hefty, weighing in at 75 lbs, but if you work on cars and don't have a lift, you need a U Jack. I saw some reviews that complained about the speed the jack lowers, it is user error, turn the handle slowly and you can control the drop.

CLIFF: Really heavy product for very heavy duty jobs. Ones you put it down on the floor never lift it back into its box again or else you'll break your own back.

Allen W.: I would have given it a 5 star, but under heavy load - as in lifting the front of my chevy silverado for tire rotation - the release mechanism is very "touchy" and it was difficult to lower the jack slowly. Otherwise it works great. The large platform is very handy. I do recommend this item.

Caper: Changed wheels on a Chrysler 300 yesterday, it lifted the car easily and with fewer pumps than with a smaller regular hydraulic jack that I've been using for years. Much more stable than the regular smaller ones.
I didn't get to use it on my motorcycles yet,which is the reason I bought it, but should lift a Road King & Heritage Softail with ease also. The rubber pad for lifting cars/trucks ensures no marks on jack points for autos.

Eric WanEric Wan: My 8 years olds craftsman jack is getting a bit too old and tired so I decided to get a new one. Got a recommendation on this Powerbuilt jack and wanted to give it a try. I will let you know about the pro and con, and why I love it so much.

First, oh my gosh…. Amazon 1 day ship is no joke. I ordered this thing on my phone and this get dropped off at my house no later than 24 hours. YMMV but this is seriously quick shipping.

The box come with the Jack is pretty standard, did a unboxing video on it so you can check it out if you want. Everything is assembled other than the handle. It's pretty much ready to use right away after you unbox it.

Pro:

My personal favorite about this Jack is the unique saddle design. I can put a jack stand directly below it! Might not sound like much but most modern vehicles built with unibody frame. That means the car have limited Jack point for you to lift up the vehicle. Now I can put the Jack stand right where I need it to be!

Overall build quality is great, the Jack is easy to move around and the oversized handle provides good leverage.

The lift height is very good. My old craftsman Jack is designed to lift...
