william e tilley IV: Only gave it a four because it takes a lot of pumps to raise the lift. Other than that this jack works great. Lifts my Chevy Cruz and Ford Edge without issue. Love the swivel handle the allows jacking in tight spces.

Amazon Customer: 1st one I ordered was obviously returned and was missing a wheel!. Exchanged that one and got a 2nd one that was obviously open box. Handle gets stuck in slot after pumping, but comes out after a bit of rattling. No real damage to jack and it's heavy duty so keeping it. But these are open box returned items that are being sold on amazon as new. Buyer beware.
