Johnnyo: We needed this GREAT power point component to complete a simple 10-minute job but have been waiting 10 days so far for a paid shipping to be sent out still waiting, good thing it is to diagnose our shop truck and not a customer, so if you buy from this vender have plenty of popcorn and patients you will need both, as for them being a California business, I didn't expect much from them in the first place and they didn't prove me wrong.

Hector: This is a power probe accessory that reduces the output voltage from 12v down to 5v. It works. My only gripe with this is that you don't SEE the 12v being reduced - the power probe still shows 12v being supplied. I would like this more if it had a readout displayed as well. This would increase the price obviously... so I guess it just is what it is. It's a good accessory if you need it.
