Zach Snethen: I'm no electrician, but I wanted to make sure everything was safe around my home. Got this Receptacle Tester, and boy, did it come in handy! Found a bad GFCI next to my sink that could've ended up being really dangerous. I only use this thing once a year or so to test stuff, but it's worth every penny. The chart on it was super helpful – made it easy for me to figure out what was wrong. Build quality seems solid too. I'm giving this 4+ stars. Honestly, for the peace of mind, you can't beat it.

TheGreatSantini: I bought this to run down a wiring problem, dead/low voltage run of sockets outside/garage. Speeds the process of figuring out the issues. I suggest watching some YouTubes on how to decipher readings. There are some tips worth knowing. Money well spent!
