Ken L: I was skeptical at first but this thing is great. I love the bigger size since the burgers shrink a little when cooking. It's made out of pretty sturdy material. Dishwasher safe (a must). Overall it's very helpful for BBQ prep, especially for big parties. I recommend it.

Paulie: We love this hamburger press, she always made meat balls at least that’s how they came out, but not anymore. These make thin or thick. They have a raised center that flattens out the middle so you don’t get meatballs from the grille. Really easy, solid. Step up your game like we did with a press. You will be glad you bought it.

Juston: This press is great for 1/2 LB burger patties. My only problem is getting them out of the form without ripping them up. A little grease or parchment help. Overall, I really like the build and quality. It's a keeper.

Bubba Pearson: This thing is great! Nice and heavy, the good quality stainless steel form and hefty porcelain press make it fun and easy to create perfectly formed, evenly thick, shrink-resistant and easier-to-cook extra-large to ridiculously-gigantic burgers. My wife and I like our burgers thick, so I wouldn't really recommend it for creating anything less than one-third to one-half pound patties. It will make 1/4lb (and maybe smaller) patties, but they'll end up thin to practically flat if the meat is evenly pressed out to the edges. For us, this made 'em much more susceptible to overcooking, so much so we almost never ended up with anything close to a rare hamburger. We don't want our burgers cooked more than medium at the worst, so we make one-quarter pounders by first rolling 1/4lb meat portions into a ball, centering that in the middle of the form and then squashing it down to roughly 3/4 inch thickness all around with the press. It won't be a perfectly formed circle, so it's not nearly as pretty, yet it will be evenly thick everywhere, have the dimple in the middle and the lines on top and bottom keeping it from shrinking too badly, it'll be much easier to cook and such, so it works.
