Martha Draper-Witte: The press works much better than I expected. It makes consistent size and thickness hamburger patties. I think that the results are superior to hand-forming patties. Cleaning it is not a problem. It is a very good product.

Amazon Customer: Perfect sized patties. Meat sticks to press. I just use a layer of plastic food wrap between the press and the meat. Worth the effort.
