AZ Cowpoke: They're correct, food doesn't stick with the enameled coating. BUT it will chip so use care in handling (I returned the first shipment because the corners were shipped).

Ron CheeRon Chee: Great weight, great size, I like the grill pattern.
The wood handle is not great, I think the handle downgraded something great to nice.
I bought a bundle of two, which I am happy about. We grilled all 4 paninis together with the two presses tonight.

zeroISallORnothing: Well made and has good weight. The ceramic coating works.
The height of the handle could be a quarter inch more. Twice my knuckles got seared as I grabbed the handle. The clearance is not sufficient. The wooden handle also gets very hot, not sure why, is it a composite material? If you have large meaty hands I would not get this. However I like the product and now wrap a small towel on the handle while searing.
