Adrienne Williams: This okra does not have a lot of those end pieces that we normally throw away. I can appreciate that in this brand. I don't have any complaints. I love this brand. Perfect for soups and gumbo.

Linda W: from studies I have read the washing and blanching produce undergoes before freezing can remove as much as 90% of the pesticide residue. How convenient to have these small delicious sliced pods available year round! I crave the slime for my mind, body and soul. Do the research: topical applications are great for a facial mask and results in shiny hair. Definitely give it a try over rice with fried tofu and coconut amino's or cooked with chicken, shrimp tomatoes, garlic, onions and soy sauce - YUM for the Tum!

Lyn G: Confession: I hate okra and will not eat it as a veggie. But this frozen okra pulverized in a blender with other healthy ingredients makes the best shakes. You don't even taste okra. The frozen okra gives a creaminess to the shake and a huge heap of good-for-you vitamins and other stuff, you won't even know you're eating okra. If, like me, you don't care for the stuff cooked as is, there are other options and this product is perfect.
