Organic Haricot Vert from 365 by Whole Foods Market

Patti S.: I love, love, love these green beans. They're so cute and skinny! And with green beans being on the Dirty Dozen list, these beans being organic is a big draw to buy them. Fact is, I've been buying them for years to boil, saute and bake. I have two dilemmas. however: Sometimes, storage containers from Whole Foods must need cleaning because the package arrives smelling like a freezer that needs cleaning. So, I rinse them off before cooking them. Also, every package I've ever received had extraneous stems that escaped getting separated from the beans. So, you'll need to check out what you're putting in your pot before you dump out these veggies from the package. Once done, cook away using your favorite green bean recipe and you'll have a delight for your tongue.

slim5555: I prepare mine by removing the portion(s) I want, and placing them on a paper towel or a thin kitchen towel so the water is removed, no rubbing allowed! The beans should be completely defrosted and well-blotted dry, in a saute pan I have my butter bubbling it takes less than three minutes to saute make sure your pan is appropriately sized so the beans can lounge in the butter albeit briefly, plate them, and a touch of salt or perhaps lemon(fresh), and fresh cracked pepper.

P.S. I opened the bag this evening and in addition, the beans were a gift with the purchase...as a chunk of wood or perhaps tree bark, or a short fat twig. I am sure the bark was organically grown without the inclusion of antibiotics, GMOs, etc now that I had my fiber for the day I am all set to phone Amazon and speak with a customer service representative and my $ will be refunded. If you ever have a problem such as spoiled meat, mold, or anything such as that Amazon will rectify the problem cheerfully.
