Even more impressive: it came with an illustrated set of directions and all the hardware needed to hang using either adhesive or screws. Highly recommend!

ghraspalt: The holder came without the short wood screws shown in the picture on Amazon, just a minor inconvenience as I have plenty of wood screws in my shop. I did not try the adhesive system although I will say the surface area of the each adhesive attachment is 40 sq cm (8 cm x 5 cm). The adhesive seems quite aggressive from just a slight touch with my finger. I am not a fan of using adhesives to hang things but the system provided might actually work. The adhesive approach would probably work better with the under shelf mount rather than the vertical wall mount because the torque of a full roll of towels plus the added downward torque caused by pulling and tearing the towel might possibly cause problems- just something to think about if you don't plan to use screws. I found the ears on either side of the frame to bend in fairly easily and I had to force them apart slightly to mount the metal town holder and the roll of towels. Once this is adjusted I expect there to be no further issues.
All in all not a bad piece of hardware, does the job it is designed for just a little bit on the weak side, but considering the price and job it is required to fulfill worth 4 stars in my opinion....
