Jessica Doyle Ulmer: The only issue so far is too easy for cats to dump top/lid into the bowl/ bottom half of the fountain. Otherwise, pretty cool and simple enough to “assemble” together.

anon: It took awhile for them to use it almost a full month before i could get them near it. Now they love LOVE it. Its was time to change filters and realized I had only received 1 filter with the item, Not sure why and i didnt look for it when i first opened the box. my bad. But it is worth the money if you give it time
