PEI Magnetic Heated Bed with Flexible 235x235mm Design

Melissa: Replaced the stock Ender 3 glass bed with this PEI bed. The bed is easy to install, by sticking the magnetic layer down and placing the PEI plate on top. Bed adhesion is good, been a few weeks of printing and the results are a whole lot better than using the glue stick on the glass bed. I used Dawn dish soap and a scrub pad to remove the grease, and dirt from handling the bed and removing the printed item. This is a great improvement over the stock glass bed!!!!!!

C. Yang: While only a single sided sheet, the textured surface and magnetism of this sheet is actually a bit more consistent/stronger than Creality's official double sided PEI sheet that I also have. Adhesion with PLA is just as consistent and the price is also substantially cheaper than Creality's. I would say that if you have a Creality Ender 3, this should be one of the first upgrades you get if you're printing PLA as it makes life substantially easier not having any adhesion issues and easy removal when cooled down.

Vince: Seriously, absolutely zero adhesion problems with this. No glue, no spray, nothing it just STICKS. And after cooling down, perfect clean release!

John H.: Fit my ender 5 just fine though it doesn't have the indents for the bolts that the OE one does. Not a big deal I just align it to butt up against the bolts and have yet to have an issue, maybe takes 5mm of surface area away on the x axis. Definitely much easier to release prints than the stock steal plate. I did have to turn up my bed temp to 55-60 when doing intricate or thin prints as they would tend to pull away or break loose at 50. I was able to use just the PEI sheet with the stock magnetic base, didn't need to replace it with the included one.

Voto: If you have a ender 3 v2 glass bed that you use glue or hair spray for pla to stick to. With this bed my first print had perfect adhesion and now on my 5th print it still has perfect adhesion. Don’t hesitate just buy one

jonathan: Jai passé des semaines a mettre de la colle sur le bed, laver la colle apres chaque impression pour que mes pièces ne décollent pas.....avant d'essayer ce plateau en pei.....JUSTE WOW !!! FINI LA COLLE .... j'ai une trentaine de pièces déja imprimé, sans colle et même sans avoir laver le plateau de pei. J'aurais clairement dû acheter ca au début, ca a changer le travail pas a peu pres. Rien a dire de négatif.

Megan: Functions just as described, it is so nice not to have to use all my force to try and get a piece off. I noticed sometimes, though, that the first layer doesn't adhere very well, causing problems later on. I've fixed it by adjusting the bed temperature to stay at around 60-70C instead of 50C. You can crank down the temperature after the first layers, but I usually just keep it up there as it doesn't cause any issues.

Alex O: Sticks to the already magnetic bed of the Ender 3 so installation is not a thing. Stick it down and print on it. Printing PETG on it with no issues, good adhesion and no difficulties removing parts. Sometimes under the print there are micro bubbles but they disappear and apparently is normal for the glue under PEI, no big bubbles and the surface is not affected. I'm gentle when removing pieces as the surface does seem like it would be easy to damage with a tool, but it is a plastic so be smart about it. I like the spring steel. I do wish it was 2 sided (smooth and textured), that would make it a great value.

Seaking406: I purchased this for my Ender 3 v2 after struggling with the included glass bed. Parts would either stick forever or not stick at all. Having a perfectly levelled bed is essential to any FDM printing but even then, I had issues so why not try their PEI flex bed? The price is right. All I can really say is that I now understand the quest for 'first layer porn'... After several prints, my first layers are glued on solidly to the flex plate and snap or pop off after the print is done. It is truly a night and day difference. Shame that they didn't include it instead of the glass plate. You do have to be super careful not to mar the surface with the nozzle especially when first bed levelling with it as installed your Z axis homing is changed as the thickness of the magnetic bed and plate is thinner than the glass bed, requiring you to adjust your Z limit switch. Over all, VERY impressed with this product, gives me more confidence to print and go, not worrying that my build will slide off the glass part way through the print as it has many times in the past.
