Louie auburn: Pamela’s is the best gluten free chocolate cake mix. I make it for people who are not gluten free and do not know the difference. Other products by Pamela’s are very good as well.

Lele: I love it that the sugar is optional and I really don't like sweet cornbread. Also I like cooking my cornbread like pancakes, this way I don't have to turn on the oven for one piece. It stores in the frig until you are ready to cook again. Great product!

FloFlo: I This is the best GF cornbread mix. You can substitute the sugar and butter and still comes out great. But you cannot find in the grocery stores over here.

R & S: I'm always trying to find this product in stores but when I do it averages nearly $7 a bag. This is an unbeatable value all around. I would say if your not familiar with the gluten free desserts you may not like it as well... but for us, it sure beats the gastrointestinal discomfort associated with gluten products.
