Savannah: Foot pads are a great way to detox and improve your sleep. I ran out of the ones I had and came across these. I love how they come in a variety and they stick to my feet perfectly. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a simple, easy way to detox while sleeping. Only Con is the pads are obviously sticky so be prepared to thoroughly wash your feet off in the morning.

AS: After a couple of days I used this products, I don’t have to wake up for restroom in the middle of the night.
Some review said smells like chemicals. No. Smells wonderful. Natural grass, lavender…. Before I am putting on bottom of my foot, I always enjoy fragrance. One of my relaxation time. After take them off in the morning, smell turn to different because they get rid of bad things from my body. This box is economical, just take off sticker and put it on, I don’t have to do extra work. Recommend this one.

Maryam Louise: I learned about this from a lady that swears by the ginger footpads, and so I decided to give them a try. I was using them for three weeks, and then I had a problem with an old injury to my knee. I decided to try the pads on my knee, and within one day it was healed after a whole week of no improvement with using 3 liquid gel NSAIDS. I was impressed the pads were able to work out my knee pain. Often when I have this knee pain, it lasts for almost a month before it heals. This time, it was only 7 days.

One tip: Cut strips into the adhesive very gently around the pad to use on the knees. This way, it's not stuck on in a straight line more like to stay stuck on your curved knee when you bend it.
