Looks good and works well. Love the warm setting and pizza program. Nice to have the convection ability and use a basket to have it function as an air fryer. Dehydrate function another plus. Two negatives are the selection buttons are not very sensitive required repeated pushing and the self closing doors can be an issue leading to burns until you get used to how they function.

Got this one just because it's a French Door opening, and the Red color. But of course it's working pretty good, and the size is bigger than most out there. It does take a little long to Pre-Heat, but once it's Pre-Heated, it's pretty hot. And if you set it to Turbo Convection Mode, I suggest to set the temperature like 25 degrees lower than what the recipe calls for. I do think the Broiler Coil on top could get a little stronger, it doesn't turn bright red like some of the ovens we had. But it does toast breads nicely. I recommend this model.

I purchased this French door convection toaster oven in Nov 2019. I have used it daily for the last 10 months. I bake a lot - casseroles, whole chickens and hams and casseroles and I roast many trays of veggies. Love the French doors, too....Yes, you do have to make sure that they have opened completely or they may try to close, but it is a minor thing for me. I have used broil, toast, bake, convection bake, warm - even dehydrator setting for cherry tomatoes. And a large pizza fits in place beautifully. I also love that the interior stays lighted while things are cooking! I do wish there were a couple of more slots to allow for the two shelves to adjust heights more (I would like to be able to put items closer to broiler element.) Overall...if it gave out this year, I would want to buy another one!

Hot doors must be opened securely to insure they do not slam shut on your hands as you remove the food. Touch controls work well, but require a little study to operate. Unit is not small; requires substantial counter space as well as height. Red color is appealing and appetizing. Top rack is farther from heating elements than other ovens; toasting requires a little more time. Convection oven option works well.

1) Some people saying doors spring shut on them. You do have to ensure you open the doors fully. Not just to 90 degrees open but past that till they lock in.
2) the oven in bake and convection mode start out with 350 degrees and 30 minutes, but you can change both immediately.
3) In Bake and Convection mode you can set the timer for up to 90 minutes.
4) in Dehydrate mode you can set the timer for up to 6 hours.
5) the door design with the slight gap is in integral part of the design. You need it for the two doors to open and close together properly. You are not losing a lot of heat out this gap.
And 6) since Oster stopped producing this oven the detailed manual has disappeared off the internet.
