Holly, Snoop & Fuzzy: First, I don't cook. I don't stir fry or dilly dally at the stove. I was initially disappointed to see only directions for stove top.
Stubborn, I emptied half a bag into a bowl, added 2 tbs of water, covered bowl with a secure lid and nuked it, checking every 30 secs.
What a delicious sidecdish, or in my case, dinner. This is so delicious I've just ordered 2 more. You can dress it up with hot sauce or dress it down with a pat of butter. I used my go to "I can't believe it's not butter, Lite" first serving. Added hot sauce instead on my second serving.
It's loaded with veggies and shredded potatos that taste like home fries. This can be cooked a side dish or as a full meal.
It's my new go to when I'm too tired to make a big salad. Happy eating. A definite 👍 from Boston.
