Amazon Customer: The bag I received smelled very fresh, and had no lumps. I like the flavor. Obviously, being raw cocoa, it's pretty bitter, but I just add the sweetener of my choice. It makes an amazing cafe mocha. It also makes great hot chocolate, and we have used it in frosting, and candy. I bought a metal coffee storage canister that is air tight and has a scoop that clings to a magnet in the lid. That makes the cocoa super easy to use without getting on my hands. I use it at least once a day, and still am not tired of it. I'd definitely buy it again.

I mix 2 tablespoons, that is roughly 5 grams, into my morning coffee along with a serving of collagen powder.
The powder is very light and fluffy, it mixes well into hot liquids.
The taste is amazing with coffee. I do not even need to add any sweetener. I enjoy the mocha flavor fine by itself.
Cacao goes well with coffee since both contain caffeine, cacao also contains theobromine which works in synergy with caffeine to give a more sustained energy with less caffeine crash.
All in all , a great product and one that I will purchase again.
