Amazon Customer: I like making a healthier version of hot chocolate with it. Cacao is usually advertised as energy boosting, but it has the opposite effect on me. It makes me sleepy. Because of this I had to stop taking it in the mornings and switch over to drinking at night. I'm confident it was the cacao that made me sleepy because one morning my mom seen me make myself a hot chocolate with it and she wanted to make one for herself too, so I let her use my cacao powder and she fell asleep on the living chair right after finishing her drink. We used two tablespoons. I really wanted to take it in the mornings so the next day I only put one tablespoon, but, unfortunately, that didn't work. It still made me sleepy.
