Amazon Customer: This cocoa powder has completely leveled up my chocolate cake game!! I make the best vegan chocolate cake recipe from Nora Cooks. It's moist and super chocolaty and tastes the best with this cocoa powder. I've tried Hershey's regular and dark, multiple bulk barn varieties (black, brown and red) and another brand whose name I cannot recall... I bought this can on a splurge decision and I'm so happy I did! Totally worth it! I also add 1/2 tsp to my coffee. Dissolves well with no chalky texture. If you've got a great chocolate dessert recipe, this cocoa powder will make it even better!

VillageWitch: I bake a lot and have tried a lot of different brands of cocoa powder and let me tell you this blend is the best for baking and for making mocha’s, hot chocolate etc. I love that it comes in a huge container with a resealable lid. My new favorite brand of cocoa powder. Well worth the money it’ll last a while even as much as I bake. Took my chocolate cake to a whole other level.

Ben: This is my absolute favorite cocoa and I love it so much I add it to my protein shake every morning. It’s surprisingly yummy and definitely delivers an amazing “chocolate high” without the additional fat & calories other brands contain.

I don’t want to badmouth other world class cocoa brands, but this one is the one for me!

jjp: I bake a lot of cheesecakes and cakes. Ghirardelli Majestic made a big difference in tase compared to the local Hersey brand most stores sell. I always hated using it, but in store choices are limited. I don't normally shop online for food/cooking items, but I will be now. As the cost of a 8oz can of store bought runs around $5.00, the cost is not much of a difference when you add up 4 cans to equal 32 oz's of the Ghirardelli.
The Ghirardelli Majestic is so worth buying.

Ruth da Ponte: This is my go-to for anything chocolate baked. I used to use any brand thinking there was no difference, but I was wrong. What I like the most is the rich chocolately colour it produces and a rich chocolate taste, especially with brownies, and there’s no aftertaste that seems to be present with other cocoa powders. Definitely recommend to anyone who likes making chocolate baked goods. It’s worth the price.
