Emi109: I bought these for a hair growth oil. You get a good amount in the bag and they seemed pretty fresh. I'm not overly familiar with these seed so I can't really tell but The smell is quite potent. I liked that they are packaged in a mostly plastic free package. Over all I am happy with these seeds and will repurchase.

IFeelFree: I bought these seeds for growing fenugreek sprouts, and they work great for this purpose. The sprouts taste good. It seems as if all of the seeds sprouted, so that indicates they're probably not irradiated or heated. However, I think it's best to rinse these seeds thoroughly before growing sprouts (or eating).
