Jaye Hattaway: Only time tell if this product is a food additive or just a filler! I’ve Only had this product for about a week. I’ve seen a little appetite difference but only time will tell if that’s my subconscious making me eat less or the fenugreek actually doing something. As far a flavor goes, I’m still trying to figure out why this product has been used so diversely across cultures. Smells and tastes like herbal essences.
