D Blakey: I didn't buy this for me, but in doing some reading, to increase milk production in my mama alpacas! It seems to be helping but I'm only 5 days into feeding fenugreek, fennel, and caraway seed to the mom's. Their babies were not gaining much and it seems they are gaining quite a bit more these last couple of days. Whether it's from the herbs or not, I'm not sure, but it didn't hurt to try and we are moving in the right direction!
