Beth Thomas: I love this put together with seared tuna for a Poke Bowl. I like to eat lots of veggies so I may add others and I add some spices (different every time) to amp up the flavor. This is a very versatile veggie mix that I always keep in my freezer but I love my Tuna Poke Bowl so much that I rarely use it for anything else.
