Desertvic: Perfect sizes.. Bought to protect my newly painted countertops.. I washed them and then seasoned them with vegetable oil .. I always season cutting boards to prevent them drying out . Anyway ., small is perfect to slice cheeses . I keep the largest one next to my stove for cooking items. the middle sized one is next to my mixer for the beater blades and spatula when I back .. Would be an excellent gift with a little a of homemade bread and a knife …

Susiemo: The boards are very nice. However I wish the information provided on the Amazon website would include that the boards need to be conditioned with food grade mineral oil and special wax. If I had known that I would have ordered these two extra items when I placed my order for the cutting boards. I only found out about the oil and wax after I received the boards and read the care instructions. I had to place a additional order and can’t use the boards until the extra items are received.
