M: My doctor recommends this scale to track visceral fat and other parameters. Seems to work well. More consistent than another brand I tried. I really like that I don’t need to send information to a smart phone or app to use it. It’s all on the handle. I thought that the included batteries were missing but I found them when I took the packaging apart for recycling. Well hidden!

Courtney S: I was so hesitant to get this scale. $80? Wow! I'm a poor college student.. but this was worth every penny. I am a results oriented person (well, aren't we all?).... I knew I need to see hard facts and proof of improvement. This scale is reliable. Sure, it varies, like all scales. It doesn't matter if its 5 lbs different than your doctor's scale. Obviously, if you have weight to lose, and you lose 20 lbs, it'll show up! Now when it comes to this sort of technology, don't sell yourself cheap. It's not really worth saving $40 over. You want something that is going to work and this is a good company.

This scale gave me a MAJOR wake up call. I knew what my weight range was in, I knew it was getting out of hand. I needed to lose a third of me. If you're overweight or obese, this scale will give you a reality check. If you aren't, I think this scale would be a good preventative method. Maybe weigh yourself once a month, check your body fat, get it under control before two years and a hundred lbs later.
