RENPHO Digital Bathroom Scale with Smart Bluetooth Technology

Andrea: I had done a professional measurement recently and the numbers are quite similar to the ones I get on this scale so I do believe it’s quite accurate (and much cheaper!). It provides a lot more measurements in the app, more than you need but it’s insightful! It also came with batteries.
I wish the graphs in the app could be improved for better visuals on the progress over time, for example, in muscle mass percentage.

Sie ist nicht super-genau, was die Körperwerte angeht, allerdings reicht das absolut als Orientierung. Die App könnte an manchen Stellen etwas übersichtlicher gestaltet werden, da es teilweise ein wenig undurchsichtig ist, wo bestimmte Daten eingesehen werden können oder was gerade gelöscht werden soll.
Aber für den Preis ist das ganze absolut vertretbar und eine Kaufempfehlung!

miuna gouna: I bought this for connection with Samsung health app. It did very well for that.

However, it cannot measure muscle mass correctly or intend to over rate the muscle mass.

Ex) inbody and galaxy watch tell my muscle mass is 30kg, but this scale said my muscle mass is over 50kg.

Luckily, the Samsung Health app only takes the weight and fat from the scale app.(they knew the their calculation is wrong?). As such, it's perfect for complementary use with the Samsung Galaxy Watch, and I give it four stars.

Makes it really easy for us to teach my sons progress as he’s dropping lbs and my daughters as she’s putting them on.

Simple to us and set up, just download the app from the instructions leaflets

The scales itself are battery powered, feel well made and more importantly are accurate (as long as the floor is level) there is also a host of biometrics that the scales analyses like bone and muscle mass as well as hydration but you must use the scales bare footed and have the app installed (the scales display you weight) display screen could be bigger but that’s a personal choice and it’s fine on the scales

The scales then send the info so you can view via the app where your progress is tracked

Furthermore the app has a social aspect as well as other additional features recipes and user generated content.

The app is comparable with myfitness and a lot of other health tracking apps including apple health and Samsung.

On the less positive side the scales are small I’m a size 9 and someone with bigger feet may struggle but I’d assume they struggle with everything else like steps etc

Overall the scale work, track accurately and if you like the biometrics etc then this is the scales for you.

keli: Je l’ai depuis des années maintenant et je recommande. Déjà elle est toujours là et elle fonctionne encore. J’ai pu comparer les données à celle de ma diététicienne et elle s’approche étroitement des données d’une balance professionnelle. Ce que j’aime encore plus c’est l’application qui va avec. Je trouve que le prix est tout à fait correcte vu la qualité du produit.

X. Chen: After my last smart weight scale from the same brand stop working I got this one instead, about the same price as the one I got last year. Nice to get the charging feature, no more AAA batteries. Follow the instruction and charge it 2 hours, and everything went fine with the syncing of the device to my phone.

Only problem now is how to delete the old device from the App.

John: Well the build is good, does the job of weighing you, that's where the good stops, the App that you have to download, is a pain to get going, It does tell to make sure that Bluetooth and location are on, which is very misleading, I think it should say make sure there are off then your phone will then ask you to enable them, After 6 six hours of trying, found the part on my phone to do with the app that turns on the location part,(why is this need), then all worked as it should, done in a few seconds, So maddening that the app lets it down for wanting something it does not need.

Lisa H.: I really liked the idea of this scale with all the measurements and could be linked with Fitbit, but after I received the scale, I was reading the book and it states that if you have any artificial joints to only use for weight and to wear shoes. I have reread everything in the information section and did not see this anywhere. Well, I have 3 artificial joints and so I can't give an accurate review, that's why I went in the middle. It may be a great scale and app, but I won't know. I will be giving this to my daughter and hopefully she can use it.

UPDATE: I am now giving 5 stars. The company has been great with assisting me with this issue and I have now started using the scale and it works great and the measurements are not off by much. I will be recommending this to my daughter also.
