CARLB38: First time using this it carboned up, half the image showed up but not the full one I use it on a piece of maple hardwood.what could by golly gee am I doing wrong?

Amazon Customer: If I could do more than 5 stars I would.
I dropped the ball on ordering this in a timely manner, worried I wouldn’t get it in time for Christmas I went to cancel my order.
Their customer service was very quick in response and said they would ship my package in priority mail and get it to me before Christmas.
And they did! They came through, I’m very please and super grateful.
It’s nice to know customer service and customer appreciation still exists.
Amazing product, even better service.
I would recommend to anyone.
