biancabianca: This fountain is great for keeping the water fresh and clean. Replacing filters, pump, and cleaning is easy. It doesn’t make much of a splash either, unless your cat is like Nina and plays with the spout. But if she’s happy, we’re happy (and glad she gets fresh water).

Lisette: My biggest gripe with my kitties old plastic water fountain was all the hard to reach nooks and crannies that would build up mold that I could never fully clean off. This one is super easy to clean, I can get to every single inch of this water fountain with ease. The water pump has not failed me and when I notice the water isn’t pumping to well, I can easily take it apart, remove the gunky cat furs that are 99% of the time causing the block, wash the whole thing thoroughly, refill it with fresh water, and it works like new again! My cats love drinking from here as much as they love drinking from my cup. Plus, it reminds me of the schools water fountains haha

Bel: The fountain itself is wonderful. It’s super quiet and easy to clean. My cat loves the height of the water stream too. The filters are really poorly made. The way they are designed allows tons of water to get through the sides without being filtered. I even tested the filter outside of the fountain using a very small drip from the faucet and half the time it just dribbled off the side of the filter without even passing through the cotton.
Because of this design, the filters last no more than 14 days (but usually they look noticeably pink by day 7). I deep clean the fountain weekly and replace the water completely every other day. I even try to rinse the filter thoroughly when I change the water but it’s no help. The visible pink bacteria build up on the poorly made filters is the only bad thing about this fountain, but unfortunately it’s a very MAJOR problem. Pet owners usually get fountains to have peace of mind that their animal has clean water throughout the day. These filters do the opposite.

Ariadna Lucia: La fuente la compré en febrero y para mayo ya no sirve. La bomba de agua dejó de funcionar y obviamente sin bomba no sale agua en la parte de arriba por lo que mis gatitas ya no pueden utilizarla y tendré que comprar otra fuente

Amazon Customer: Update- I can’t say for sure my issues were a one off or not caused by my own fault but I can say the seller stands behind their product so if you think this is for you give it a try. I could have been expecting more than what I ordered. The seller reached out to me and handled my concerns professionally.

I’ve bought several different pet fountains the last few years. This is hands down the worst one. I have to add water EVERY SINGLE DAY. It doesn’t take much water being drained before the pump gets loud and it is LOUD. some fountains turn off when they’re low. This one doesn’t. It’s just a constant gasping pump sound that doesnt stop. The only redeeming quality is that it’s stainless so the cleaning is easy. But the lid isn’t even that secure it doesn’t lock in place it just set on top. From one cat owner to another. Buy a different one

Elizabeth Darcy: After reading the reviews, I had high expectations for this fountain. It is stainless steel throughout, which is nice, but might look a little too industrial depending on your decor or where you are planning to put it. Cleaning is a nightmare, since you have to remove the pump and pull through the very long power cable and then pull it back through for reassembly. The cord length is both a positive and a negative from my point of view. If you need that much cord, it's great, but for me it was a negative because I had to wind up and secure the cord every time I cleaned it because my cats are cats, and a long cord to them is a temptation. It's just a string in their eyes. Of course, this made cleaning even more of a pain. I clean the fountain 3x a week, so this was really a non-starter, but one I decided I'd deal with since my cats seemed to like it at first. Fast forward two months after purchase and the pump is making intermittent loud noises, which I suspect means failure is imminent. I've kept the pump clean, and took the parts off that I could to inspect it. There's no hard water buildup or anything like that, so maybe I just got a lemon since it shouldn't be failing in less...
