Kevin: I’ve used this while kneeling next to a car taking the dashboard mostly out of a car, and I’ve used this doing a project kneeling on the floor. This is a good density and thickness for my heavier weight and knees and made both jobs easier. It appears to be holding up well so far.

Debbie Sunshine: I got this mat to use during body pump push up exercises and yoga. It is meant more for gardening and the material is somewhat stiff compared to yoga type cushiony mats. The thickness is great and it is super lightweight. I love the handle making it easy to carry into class. The material is somewhat slick so it will not stick like yoga mat material will. This has not been a problem since I use it on top of the yoga mat or on the wood floor as I do kneeling push up. Others in class say they wish they had one. Really saves my knees! I would buy this again.
