Extra-Thick Kneeling Pad for Working Comfortably

Tiffany: This is light weight and sturdy. I needed one for my outdoor activities to be able to kneel and sit when needed. This is harder than I expected, so it’s not helpful for me.

I was very excited to get this cushion because I sometimes work kneeling and pillows under my knees were just too soft to provide safe support. This cushion is thick and firm, so it keeps your knees off the hard floor/ground. But it's too firm for use beyond a few minutes. At least for me. After about 5-minutes, my knees begin to hurt just as if I were kneeling on my marble floors with a rolled up cloth between the floor and my knees. I think the cushion would work for anyone who doesn't have any knee problems already. But if you DO have knee problems, kneeling in general may just not be practical. I even tried putting a memory foam pad over this kneeling cushion. Ultimately, I had to just stop kneeling. On the bright side, this cushion is firm enough to support a heavy load if you need an anti-vibration mat (for a small stereo...).

I just got this today. I sometimes like kneeling while I work at my computer. This hurt my knees. I tried many other solutions--rolled towels, yoga mats, knee braces (workperson's knee-guards). Everything else was uncomfortable. But this pad is hard enough not to flatten to the painful floor, yet...

Liz Beth: I bought one of these kneeling pads a couple of years ago. I was very happy with the fact there was no toxic plastic odor. So many products today do have one. I use this every day in the growing season and it is in as a good a shape now as it was when I bought it. It doesn't leave imprints where your knees are. It is nice and thick. It is impervious to the weather. It's lightweight. The color stands out in the garden so it doesn't get lost. My husband found it too firm, but his knees are less comfortable to begin with than mine. We bought him a kneeling pad that is like a gel pack? It was useless. He stopped using it and went back to this one. I keep looking for one that is more comfortable for him, but so far I haven't found one. So I bought a second one of these.

No se deforma, recupera su forma inmediatamente (memoria), fácil de limpiar y puedes habilitar o no, el corte que tiene para utilizarlo como manija.

E: I use this pad for landscaping and sprinkler work. I used to carry knee pads with me but never strapped them on because it was uncomfortable. So instead I just placed them where I was working and moved them accordingly, which was a waste of time. Now I just throw this down and I'm good to go. The thickness is awesome because you don't feel rocks or hoses or whatever is on the ground.

My only concern with it is it flying out of the back of my truck on the road because it is so light. My solution is to bring it in the cab with me when my bed cover is open, or put something heavy on it that won't shift. But I'd rather keep it and the dirt on it in the bed!
