Amazon Customer: I found these to be without flavor. I was disappointed. They are better than most gluten free bagels in texture and taste. They are not worth the price.

LelaKay: OK, first some of the plusses - these bagels actually TOAST nicely under the broiler. That's a huge bonus for us gluten-free eaters, as so many gluten free baked goods don't toast well. The seed topping is lovely, often we only get plain bagels as an option. I also like that these are thinner bagels. They work better as breakfast sandwich options and you get the taste of a bagel with less bready calories.
OK, the not-so-good - there is something very weird about the aftertaste. I can't quite put my finger on it. It's an aftertaste that is mildly sweet and also a bit like clay or play-dough. It must be one of the ingredients that's throwing me off. At first I thought it was my imagination but after ordering these twice ( as well as one of the O'Dough's sliced white bread products) I can't deny that the aftertaste really bothers me and I find it quite sickening. I had to toss the remainder of the product. I wish that one ingredient, whatever it is, coiuld be removed because it really ruins what is otherwise a nice product for me.
