dennyboy: Of course this is not a high end faucet - it is for a mobile home. However, it LOOKS high end, it was easy to install, and it is compatible with mobile home plumbing. If you want a high end faucet in a mobile home, you are going to have to re-plumb. If you want easy and inexpensive, this is it. The handles turn easily, so it is super easy to adjust the water temperature precisely. We really like it.
