Pen Name: I was looking for something sugar-free for my nephews first birthday party. I was making him his smash cake. There is not a lot of flavor in this, and I would say it taste similar to the light sweetness of a Mexican pan dulce pastry. It definitely did the job though! Tasty enough to eat not a ton of sugar. Packaging was great. Received on time. Would recommend for anyone looking for a low sugar option.

Troi: Most keto baking mixes are way too sweet. This one has somehow managed to not be too sweet and be as light and fluffy as you can get with almond flour. I'm kinda addicted now which is a problem because it is a bit spendy. I would buy a bulk package if it got the price down. Highly recommend trying it - would be great with frosting. I just add rosehip bits to mine for a fun confetti like affect.

Erica Jones: I was a little cautious due to the mixed reviews, but the cupcakes we made with this mix turned out rather delicious. The cake itself may be a little more dense than others, but other than that the taste was great and unsuspecting eaters would never know they were sugar free. My only complaint is the cost which would make the product any unlikely purchase for those of limited means. Too bad, as keto and other products should be within the reach of anyone interested in trying them.

My mom is vegan and my family is low-carb so we could share these tasty treats! It was so easy to make and had an amazing flavor! I made Sugar free chocolate cream cheese frosting and left some blank for my Mom.
