Niman Ranch Applewood Smoked Uncured Bacon - Naturally Smoked for Delicious Flavor

Belle: I've tried many different brands of bacon with no sugar and no nitrates but Niman Ranch is the best. Not every pack is 5/5 stars but it's the best tasting even compared to those with sugar and nitrates. So this is a better choice for me without sacrificing taste.

Karen Aguilar: It's so salty, I've bought other organic uncredited brands and never had one that tasted like a salt like. It's more for use in a recipe that calls for salt, I'm going to dice the last of it and use it in scrambled eggs, would probably be good for a Casserole or with unsalted rice.
