Elaine: My last weather station sensor was apparently scooped up by the landscaper during fall clean up. When I was unable to find a replacement sensor to match my weather station model I contacted Newentor Customer Service directly. Susan in their Customer Service department not only directed me to a compatible sensor but kindly offered me a discount for my inconvenience (which was no fault of theirs). I’m so happy with the service I received as well as my Newentor weather station.

Lionel Dembicki: I bought these as a replacement for one that ws damaged. They seem to be very accurate and work very well. I would recomend the Newentor weather station to anyone looking for a good weather station. I am happy with mine. My one sensor was damaged when a tree fell on it in a storm.

Amazon Customer: The Newentor weather station is easy to use and easy to read at a quick glance. The wireless sensors make tracking weather / temperature in different areas easy to do. I had an issue with one of my sensors and the customer service and response time was great.

Patrick: Generally it deserves 5 stars for what it is, although setup was more specialized than I expected, you need the instructions. Had to google them because they were not included.

The temperature readings do not seem especially accurate, FWIW. The data conflicts with a much better weather station and sensors; it seems to have a big time lag on temperature changes.

Denis Descarreaux: J'ai acheté cette sonde pour ajouter une deuxième zone extérieure sur la station météo qui est livrée avec une seule mais qui peut en gérer au maximum 3.
Une fois la deuxième sonde jumelée à la station, on voit les données des sondes 1 et 2 balayées en alternance.
J'aurais donné 5 étoiles si le jumelage avec la station avait été plus intuitif, le manuel (anglais seulement) est utile pour faire le jumelage et le balayage des 2 sondes distantes.

ChuckChuck: I have purchased several different brands of weather stations over the past couple of decades, but this Newentor is easily my favorite so far. It is stylish, easy to read, and also very easy to program. Over the past couple of years it has functioned faultlessly until recently, when it began registering faulty outside temperature and humidity readings. Being an old electronics guy, my first suspicion was a faulty sensor, however I felt it best to contact Newentor and let the younger experts confirm or dispute it.
My request was handled by a lady who identified herself as “Susan” who first verified that I had mounted the sensor as per instructions. She then verified that I was past the one year warranty period, however she offered a discount on the purchase price of a new sensor. It arrived a few days later, remedied the problem I was having, and I look forward to many more years of service from the weather station.
Ms. Susan provided very prompt and most courteous service, and I would not hesitate to recommend the purchase of Newentor products based on my satisfaction with this weather station and the excellent customer care provided.
