Ann Marie Ogonowski: I liked that this product is approved by the FDA. I have been using foot pads for years yet this particular one worked the best. Easy to see that it works due to black or dark green slimy residue on bottom of foot in the morning. Assists with feeling refreshed cleaner and more relaxed both physically and psycologically. Plus your feet will be pain free the next day and the more you use the better you feel overall. In addition your feet will not smell as bad over time while using this product. An excellent habit for your feet to remove toxins and metals from overall foot and body circulation. Eastern medicine is not a hoax and neither are these foot pads. You will feel healthier and younger while using this product. It will amaze you how much toxins are actually in your feet. Please continue using until pads are no longer blackened which could be many days. Best product for the feet I can think of.

Ronnie Alcorn: I have rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis and I have lupus. I can’t explain the relief I have got from these patches. My legs and feet are very painful I have mobility issues from this. Since I have started using these pads my pain and swelling in my feet and legs has subsided so much. It’s worth a try for you if you share leg and feet pain. I can’t believe it’s really making a difference but it is.

TR: They seem to work as advertised. However, I am on the fence with this one. I did it for a week and felt...well somewhat the same to be honest. I thought as days went on the darkness would get lighter but no. They were dark for the full 7 days. Did I feel like I had more energy... mmm I would say maybe. At my age you get up in the middle of the night anyways so my sleep is always interrupted. Now would I by it again? Maybe, but at least I can say I tried it once.

AmazonCustomer: I was super skeptical that these would work. I was very surprised and pleased with the results. Not only did it help me sleep better, when I woke up and took them off, they had turned from white to completely black! I just know that they're working and drawing out the nasty stuff in my body that is making me feel bad. I've used them every 2 days, as directed and gradually see less toxins on them. That lets me know they're working. Not only am I resting better, but I feel better during the day, also. They are super adhesive, so there is no need to wear socks or slippers over them while sleeping. If you are going to wear them while you're up and walking around, I'd suggest wearing something over them just so they don't pick up dirt. The different scents are nice, too. They don't leave a sticky residue on your feet afterwards. Also, I have very sensitive skin and have had problems in the past with adhesives, even medical grade ones, but this adhesive didn't cause me any issues. Definitely recommend.
