MURTISOL Electric Folding Treadmill: Perfect for Running at Home

Ingrid: I had been looking for Treadmill for about 2 months I even had a different one in my cart but I can across this one and I just knew I had to have it. After reading most of the reviews I bought it and let’s just say I’m Very Happy I did. The Treadmill is not that big at all easy to assemble only takes up a small corner of my living room which is okay because of COVID we didn’t have anyone coming over I have four kids who were full remote when I purchased the treadmill they needed to stay fit and burn off some calories along with just moving period. If your wondering if I use it yes I do the whole family does actually I do 30- 60 minutes walking/ running on it every other day because I also have a elliptical I use on the days I’m not using my treadmill.

Ivy Sparkle: This product was immediately defective. I would have gotten a replacement but this company did not offer one. There is not even UPS pick up that is an option. So disapointed. It is very cheap. I guess you get what you pay for but even at this price I expected at least 6 months. The bolts lock and none of them fit properly which during assembly I could figure I would look past. But the whole damn thing doesn't work. Dont waste your money or time with this.

B. WilsonB. Wilson: PROS: My home is small and space is at a premium. This treadmill is perfect for both the space and for my exercise needs. When I first opened the box, I was initially a little concerned about the length and width of the running belt. But it works just fine for me. I’m 5’5” and even walking very fast, I don’t need to adjust my stride at all. I’m not a jogger, so I can’t speak to running on the surface. The Control Panel has all the features I need to monitor my progress, but I wish the measures were in MPH or miles instead of metric measures. That’s a minor inconvenience, though. I’d definitely recommend this machine to anyone looking for a smaller treadmill that functions like much larger units.

CONS: The assembly manual that comes with the treadmill was, to me, completely worthless. My guess is the manual was written by someone in a foreign language, then translated to English. The contrast of the pictures is dark which make it difficult to see detail and the instructions are both vague & incomplete. For example: There are 2 different size bolts (4 of each), plus nuts & washers in the bag of parts and accessories. These...

Amazon Buyer: I got this for recovery from a serious medical problem, and it works great. This is the narrowest one I could find with good hand support while walking. The tread is very comfortable, works great at low speed. The magnetic emergency stop is a great feature. The vertical supports are a bit wobbly, but adequate.
On the negative side, the instructions for assembly are awful. Terrible. Almost useless. Still not sure we got the washers in the right places.
The instructions for weight below 200 pounds are serious, not for big people.

Becky T.: Item received promptly, arrived 2 days earlier than actual promised delivery.. Packaging appropriate and sufficient to protect item in transit. Assembly went well although we encountered a slight problem when a critical electrical fitting broke and connection could not be made to power up console thus no treadmill action! I have to say that the communication and assistance I got from Customer Service at Uenjoy was outstanding. I was shipped replacement wiring assembly along with tracking data so I knew when to expect it. Assembly was finished with the replacement wiring and everything is good! I love the treadmill, it is perfect for our vacation home, very compact and folds up easily and has wheels for easy moving and storage, plus it performs well. I can get my daily walking in even when away from home. I am barely 5ft tall, and I use the entire track when walking; ,a large or tall individual with a longer stride would not be comfortable with treadmill, but it is perfect for me
